Poor fit and crappy return policy

I have ordered a number of time for myself and every order that I have received has been correct and handled professionally. The customer service girls have been great, they have a long time customer in me.

Disappointing customer service when I finally was able to make her understand what the problem was. She just acted confused. Why would I order 3 of the same shirt in a size I didn't need??? Had original confirmation and nowhere did it say I ordered 3 of the same shirt in the wrong size..and to make it worse I had to pay for shipping ...again! No free shipping for first time customers even though they advertise it. Quality is hit or miss--super cute things but sometimes it can be just very cheaply made. Buyer beware.

Same thing happened to me as other posts. They over sell and advertise the item as RESTOCKED - your order goes through - your card is charged - order doesn't come - contact customer service and it hasn't shipped out - then they discover it's out of stock and offer you to buy something else or refund your money. DO NOT COUNT ON THEM FOR CHRISTMAS OR BIRTHDAY GIFTS because it's like playing the lottery as to whether or not you are the actual lucky recipient of what you ordered and paid for. Very disappointing!!!!

I would have rated them 4 or 5 until my recent Black Friday sale experience. I had to choose several new items AFTER my order was paid for because they sold out of my choice. Then a few of my new choices were not available by the time they read my email. I was asking questions in my emails as to why this was happening and the person replying was ignoring my questions! I decided to call and spoke to a very sweet woman who restored some trust. However, this experience wasn’t my first frustrating experience. They just seem to produce sooo many different styles yet never enough are available. I don’t get why quantity of same items are not being increased as opposed to so many variations of outfits. And don’t believe those restock emails you sign up for. I was told you could receive that email because 1 of that item was returned yet you are one of 500 people receiving the same email!! So clicking to get it immediately upon getting your email still would t be giving you a chance to get that adorable outfit you waited for. And this is after you have filled your cart several times only to checkout and see that something isn’t available that quickly. It’s disappointing and it happened every time for me. Black Friday was just the worst of it.
I truly love the uniqueness of the clothes and my daughter is adorable in each and every one but I just cannot order from them after only ordering 3 times and not getting exactly what I would like any of those times.

Tried to return and never could get return to work online. Had to chat that took forever then they said system was down. Finally got an email back that said had to be returned in 7 days and i had to pay shipping even though the website said first return free, Rip

Their shipping is extremely slow. Usually takes about a month, they use DHL. About half of what I ordered was horrible quality. Thin fabric, with pulls and loose strings. I bought a vest that was falling apart as I opened the package. The fabric was just falling off of it. They delete every review that not 5 stars, so there is no honesty. I left a helpful, 3 star review about this; and they just deleted. Didn't contact me or anything. I'd buy elsewhere.

So I recently came across that sparkle and pink website and I can't express more how much I am in love with their website I've ordered hundreds of dollars worth of clothes to my daughter they're just a cutest I have ever seen and I can't wait to order more
